2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan, typically within 1–3 business days after receiving your order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. You will see the total shipping charge before completing your purchase.
Estimated Shipping Costs:
- Domestic (Pakistan): depending on city and courier service.
- International: depending on the country, weight, and shipping speed.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic: We ship to all cities and regions across Pakistan.
- International: We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@ahtajindustry.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Some remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the courier’s website or our tracking page.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
We take every measure to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.
- Domestic Orders: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ahtajindustry.com with your order number. We will investigate and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- International Orders: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have left Pakistan. However, we will support you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, if applicable.

7. Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
