Our Quality Control Process
Material Inspection
We begin with a thorough inspection of all incoming raw materials. Our team checks for durability, strength, and compliance with international quality standards before accepting any batch.
In-Process Quality Control (QC)
During the manufacturing process, our floor supervisors conduct regular spot checks. Stitching, sizing, design consistency, and labeling are continuously monitored to avoid errors at later stages.
Final Product Testing
Once products are assembled, they undergo strict testing for performance and durability. We evaluate stitching strength, colorfastness, finishing, and size accuracy — ensuring the product meets both our and the client’s expectations.
Packing & Labeling
After approval, each product is carefully packed as per client specifications. Proper labeling, barcoding, and packaging materials are used to maintain product integrity during transit.
Pre-Shipment Review
Before dispatch, a final review is conducted by our QA team. This includes count verification, packaging checks, and container loading supervision to ensure a smooth export process.
