Do you offer samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we do provide samples. Sample charges may apply, and shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Contact us to request a sample.

What are your shipping options?

We ship worldwide using reliable couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, or sea freight for bulk orders. Shipping method depends on your preference and order size.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production time is usually 2 to 4 weeks, depending on order quantity. Shipping time varies:

  • Air shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Sea shipping: 15–30 days

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept:

  • Bank Transfer (T/T)

  • Western Union

  • MoneyGram

  • PayPal (for small orders or samples only)

Do you require advance payment?

Yes, we typically require an advance payment to initiate production. The percentage of advance—usually 30% to 50%—is mutually decided during the finalization of the deal. The remaining balance is payable before shipment.

Can I get products in custom sizes and colors?
